How to Reset Chrome (Web Browsers) settings to default - Google Chrome Help tutorials

                         

Hello Everyone!

Today in this tutorial, I am going to show you how you can repair or fix your default browser (Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox Internet Explorer) settings which may have changed due to malware without using any repair tool.

Malware, adware, and pushy software installers love changing your browser settings; they will give you a new home page, a new default search engine, and obnoxious toolbars. This happens because of un-checking a check-box while installing any third party software. Usually these companies have collaborations with newly evolved search engines, websites etc. And for promotion of their products they provide these small utilities with software which install in background without getting noticed by user. And after installation, they change everything in your web browser. Whenever you search in address bar you are redirected to an unknown search engine OR you start seeing ads on all webpages, even on non commercial websites which don’t show ads. All these things are done by those small unwanted softwares.

Reverting these browser settings isn’t too difficult. But you may have to do it manually, even if you uninstall those unwanted softwares, you will still have to restore your preferred home page and default search engine.

If your browser's default search engine has been replaced by some other search engine, a different search engine will appear when you use your browser's built in search feature. You can follow the steps explained in this video and get rid of the issue and restore your default browser back.

How to reset Chrome

Repairing browsing settings changed by malware or adware is typically easy. However, you often have to do it by manually, uninstalling it probably won’t restore your preferred home page and default search engine.

Here's how to use Reset to clear your browser settings.

If you get a pop-up window asking you to "Reset altered Chrome settings?" click on "Reset." If you suspect that your settings have been altered without your knowledge, first visit "chrome://extensions/" and see if there are any extensions that you don't remember adding. Uncheck those.

Note:-If that doesn't clear up the problem, you'll have to reset settings manually.

1. In the top right corner of the Chrome window, click on the icon that looks like three stacked horizontal lines. If you hover your mouse over it, it should read "Customize and control Google Chrome." Alternately, type "chrome://settings/" into your address bar and hit "Return."

2. Scroll down to the end of the page and click the link that reads, "Show advanced settings."

3. Scroll to the end of the page again and click the button labeled "Reset browser settings."

4. You'll get a pop-up window explaining what will happen if you reset browser settings. If you'd still like to do it after reading the explanation, click the "Reset" button. If not, hit "Cancel."

माँ के सम्मान में मातृ दिवस मनाया जाता है। यह हर साल संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका मई के दूसरे रविवार को कुछ अन्य देशों  के अलावा भारत देश मे भी इसे मनाया जाता है। यू.एस. में मातृ दिवस का आधुनिक संस्करण दुनिया में माताओं और मातृत्व का जश्न मनाने वाली पहली छुट्टी नहीं है । इस प्रकार के उत्सव कम से कम प्राचीन ग्रीक और रोमनों के समय से माने जाते रहे है , जिसमें देवियों साइबेले और रिहा के सम्मान में आयोजित त्यौहार होते थे ।

मातृ दिवस की असली उत्पत्ति यू.एस. गृहयुद्ध वर्षों में हुई है, जब एन रीव्स जार्विस नाम की एक महिला ने पश्चिम वर्जीनिया में "मातृ दिवस कार्य क्लब" शुरू करने में मदद की। उनका लक्ष्य स्थानीय महिलाओं को सिखाकर शिशु मृत्यु दर को कम करना था और कि कैसे अपने बच्चों की उचित देखभाल करें, स्वच्छता की स्थिति में सुधार करें और बीमारी से लड़ें। जब 1861 में युद्ध अंततः टूट गया, तो समूहों ने दोनों तरफ से सैनिकों के घावों को भरना, देखभाल करना शुरू कर दिया। 1868 तक, गृहयुद्ध खत्म होने के बाद, जार्विस ने संगठन को शांति-केंद्रित आंदोलन में बदल दिया जिसे "माताओं" मैत्री दिवस कहा जाने लगा , जिसमें पूर्व संघ और संघीय सैनिकों को एकत्रित होकर मिलाना शामिल था। जर्विस, जिन्हें अक्सर "मदर जार्विस" कहा जाता है, ने लिखा:

इस मातृ दिवस,  इस  बात पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें कि यह छुट्टी वास्तव में क्या है ? आपकी  मां ने जो काम कियें है और आपके लिए किए गए सभी बलिदानों का सम्मान करते हैं और अगर आप ऐसा कर सकते हैं, तो अपनी माँ के साथ कुछ समय जरुर बिताएं। उपहार ठीक हैं, लेकिन अपनी भावनाओं के साथ उसे कुछ असली प्यार दिखाने के लिए मत भूलना।

Directors of Avengers: Infinity War recommends staying off the internet until you see the movie. Thanos demands my silence? But, here I am with the recent Marvel Cinematic Universe “Avengers: Infinity War” movie spoilers and few of my theories for the second part as well knowing the end credit scenes coupled with the lineup marvels movies to  release.

Winter Soldier and Civil War directors Anthony and Joe Russo are back to tackle this Marvel's monster, which will reunite them with writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn is serving as executive producer, and Spider-Man: Homecoming's Jon Watts, Black Panther's Ryan Coogler and Thor: Ragnarok's Taika Waititi have been involved too making this movie moment big nice and epic.

Does Avengers: Infinity War live up to the hype? That depends. If you wanted nothing more than to see the majority of the Marvel Cinematic Universe characters up on the screen together, then yes, Infinity War delivers. If you were hoping for something deeper, you might find yourself wanting more. Ultimately, Infinity War is a magic trick of a movie, full of deception and misdirection. It entertains, sure – but when the smoke clears, we can’t help but see the obvious way the trick was designed.

From here, the bulk of the heroic members of the MCU break off into factions, all with the hopes of stopping Thanos:

• Hulk doesn't return. We see the Hulkbuster in the trailer, and that's actually Bruce Banner in the suit.
• This time Stan Lee is a bus driver for his cameo in the film.
• Thor forges Stormbreaker.(his new improved Hammer)which fail to hurt the mighty villain Thanos.
• Captain America having new shield.” “Someone get that man a shield.” from the promos as said by Black Panther
• Thor (Chris Hemsworth) hooks up with the Guardians of the Galaxy (Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Pom Klementieff) and then heads out further into space with Rocket Racoon and Groot, with the hopes of creating a new weapon to replace his destroyed hammer.
• The remaining Guardians, meanwhile, try to head Thanos off, only to have Gamora be captured to her dear old adoptive dad.(Thanos)
• Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), Peter Parker (Tom Holland) and Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) all end up in space, headed for Thanos’ home planet of Titan.
• On Earth, Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Falcon (Anthony Mackie) re-team with Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany), with the hopes of protecting the Infinity Stone stuck in Vision’s head from Thanos. The team adds War Machine (Don Cheadle) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), who is stuck in non-Hulk mode, to their ranks, and eventually make their way to Wakanda. There, they connect with Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and Bucky (Sebastian Stan) while Shuri (Letitia Wright) tries to remove the stone from Vision’s head.
